　　Hotgen Co., Ltd. is a high technology enterprise, specializing in research, manufacture and sale of diagnostic reagents in vitro. Following the trend of precision and instantness in the international medical diagnostic industry.We are one of the few domestic diagnostic reagents enterprises who have self-owed intellectual property rights. We have already owed four invention patents and one PCT patent, and we are the experimental “Patent Engine” enterprise in Beijing also.

Projects introduction
A new biological marker for HCC-Lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive fraction of AFP(AFP-L3) determining device and diagnostic kit
　　AFP-L3 is one of AFP fractions which is synthesized by malignant cell and comprise special oligosaccharide. Reports at home or abroad have showed that if the ratio of AFP-L3 increased over 10%, the risk of catching HCC had increased highly, and non-malignant diseases hardly synthesize this AFP fraction(AFP-L3).Comparing with ultrasonography(US), AFP-L3 can be detected 9-12 months earlier and shows the remarkable precaution effect to HCC. Our device can separate the AFP-L3 fraction efficiently, the correctness of HCC diagnosis is 81%, and the distinctive diagnosis from benign hepatic disease is over 95%. Therefore AFP-L3 is named a new biological marker for HCC diagnosis. This project owe international PCT patent.

Human Flu. A/B Virus Rapid Test Kit

　　Flu. A/B virus rapid diagnostic kit developed by Hotgen Co., Ltd. apply the McAb preparing technology and colloidal gold technology. The kit comprises both reagents and instruments such as sample treating tube, etc. The sample obtained from mucous membrane of the patient’s nose or mouth is added to the reagent, then we can determine not only whether it is Flu.virus, but also whether it is flu. A or B virus in the same card. The whole course is only take fifteen minutes.

　　This rapid diagnostic kit can differentiate cold and the flu. conveniently, while it can also differentiate the kind of the flu. virus. The rapid diagnosis is propitious to ascertain the flu. and cut off the epidemic infection in time, which is very useful for the control of the disease.

　　New Hepatitis B Virus reproduction marker- Large Protein Pre-S Antigen Diagnostic Kit

　　The traditional Hepatitis B virus markers-“HBV M’’have been used in clinic for many years. But it can not meet the clinical need for this disease any longer. Lots of reports have indicated lack of serum targets for the diagnosis of HBeAg(-) hepatitis and evaluation of the hepatitis treatment. It is urgent to find new markers which can hint the virus reproducibility, especially the easily-handled and cheap ones. The results acquired from our Large Protein Pre-S Antigen Diagnostic Kit is highly accord with DNA results, so the Pre-S Antigen is a new virus reproducibility marker.
